SHIPPING TIMES
We ship every working day from our Auckland and Sydney warehouses so you can receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: During new season launches, sale periods and holidays, dispatch times may take a little longer than usual.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is on the way. To avoid missing updates, please ensure @crywolfchild.com is added to your safe senders list.
CLICK & COLLECT (Auckland Only)
Our Auckland HQ is located at 5b Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland and offers click-and-collect for online orders.
Select ‘Pick up’ at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
All NZ orders are sent on a tracked service.
When stock is low, your order may be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, which can extend delivery time slightly.
We can deliver to PO Boxes on an untracked service only.

For international orders outside NZ and Australia, please shop via crywolfchild.com.au.
International shipments may incur local import duties and/or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are not included in the checkout price.
If required, your courier or local customs may contact you for payment before releasing your parcel.
If an item is returned to us due to unpaid duties or no response from the receiver, return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
