We ship every working day from our Auckland Warehouse so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.

During the busy holiday periods and sale season please allow a few additional working days to ensure you receive your goods in time! 

We’ll send you an email to let you know when your package is on the way. Please check your friend/foe filters to make sure emails make it through.


The Auckland HQ are now located at 5b Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland and offer a click-and-collect option for online orders. Simply select 'pick-up' at the checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to be picked up!
Pick-ups are available weekdays between 9:30am - 4:30pm. 



All deliveries within New Zealand are sent on a tracked service.

Please note, during our end of season sale, your order may be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and therefore may take a little longer. 

We can deliver to PO Boxes on an untracked service only.

Please note, if your order includes an item that is only stocked at our NZ Warehouse, your items may be split into two deliveries which will arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Allow up to 14 working days for orders to arrive.

* Orders to countries outside New Zealand and Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, once your package reaches your country. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties that may be charged by local customs. The international courier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to talk with local customs to organise payment and release of your package. If an item is held at customs or with the international courier, with no response from you, it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
